Pak77 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pak77. This document sets out the complete Terms and Conditions ("Terms") that apply to all users of the Pak77 platform, accessible at pak77.ws. Pak77 is an online gaming and sports betting service offering live casino games, slots, sports betting (including cricket and football), poker, crash games, and esports betting to players who meet the eligibility requirements described below.

These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Pak77. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on Pak77, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Pak77 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pak77.ws, creating a Pak77 account, or making use of any service provided by Pak77, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms. Your continued use of the platform at any point following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the Pak77 platform, including but not limited to: sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, crash games, esports betting, bonus participation, and any communications with Pak77 customer support.

Pak77 reserves the right to require that players re-confirm acceptance of Terms at any time, including after a material update to this document. Failure to confirm will result in temporary suspension of betting and withdrawal privileges until confirmation is received.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active account on Pak77, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pak77 does not permit minors to register or gamble under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Pak77 employee or contractor.
• You must not be self-excluded from Pak77 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not have been previously permanently banned from Pak77.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and that the information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Pak77 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If Pak77 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any outstanding balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani phone number, and accurate personal details when registering. You may not register under a false identity, use another person's details, or create an account on behalf of another person. Pak77 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pak77 login credentials. Pak77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. Pak77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or negligently handled your login details.

3.4 Account Currency

All Pak77 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are shown and processed in PKR. Pak77 does not support multi-currency accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Pak77 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit is Rs 500 for wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers and cards. Pak77 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that belong to the registered Pak77 account holder. Third-party deposits — from accounts registered in another person's name — are not permitted and will be returned if identified.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can only be submitted to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. Before any withdrawal can be processed, Pak77 reserves the right to complete KYC verification, including identity documentation and proof of payment method. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within one hour for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT transfers are processed same-day on weekdays.

Pak77 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals above Rs 1,00,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawals may be processed in tranches at Pak77's discretion.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for 12 consecutive months. Pak77 will notify the registered phone number before applying an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month to the dormant account balance. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity. Reactivation is possible by contacting Pak77 support.

Bonuses & Promotions

Pak77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by Pak77 are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement is a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, where stated). Until the wagering requirement is met in full, the bonus-derived portion of your balance is not available for withdrawal.

5.2 Game Contribution to Wagering

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule on Pak77: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 20–30%, sports betting single bets contribute 100% at odds of 1.50 or higher, and sports accumulator bets contribute 100%. Games explicitly excluded from bonus wagering are listed in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Pak77 takes a firm position on bonus abuse. Strategies designed to exploit bonuses rather than engage with the platform as intended — including but not limited to matched betting using Pak77 bonuses, placing opposing bets to guarantee a wagering contribution without genuine risk, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — constitute a breach of these Terms. Pak77 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where abuse is identified.

5.4 Promotions for Existing Players

Ongoing promotions including reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, VIP rewards, and tournament prizes are made available to eligible Pak77 players on a regular basis. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion. Pak77 reserves the right to withdraw any promotion or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Pak77 are subject to acceptance by Pak77's system at the time of placement. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference number is displayed on-screen and recorded in your bet history. Pak77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts and maximum payout limits are displayed within the bet slip for each market. Maximum payout limits vary by sport, market type, and event. Pak77 reserves the right to restrict maximum stake amounts on individual accounts at its discretion, including where irregular betting patterns are identified.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed, insufficient participants compete, a market is offered in error, or the event result cannot be verified within a reasonable timeframe. Void bets are returned to your Pak77 balance as cash at the stake amount.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Pak77 offers live in-play betting on cricket, football, esports, and other sports. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended without notice during critical moments of a match. Bets accepted during a suspension period will be settled at the odds shown at the point of acceptance confirmation.

Casino & Games Rules

Pak77's casino section includes live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger), online slots (RNG-based), crash games, and an online poker room. By participating in any casino game on Pak77, you accept the following rules in addition to these general Terms.

7.1 Game Integrity

All RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators. All live dealer games use physical equipment — cards, wheels, or dice — operated by professional dealers. Pak77 does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages audited by independent testing laboratories and represent the certified values provided by each game's developer.

7.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including connection interruption, display error, or game engine failure — Pak77 will investigate the relevant game round. Malfunction voids all related pays and play. If a round cannot be completed or verified, the stake will be returned to the player. Pak77 will not honour wins generated as a direct result of a technical malfunction.

7.3 Poker Room Rules

The Pak77 poker room operates under standard rules for Texas Hold'em and Omaha, as displayed within the relevant game lobby. Collusion between players, use of poker-solving software, ghosting (receiving outside assistance during a live hand), and any other form of unfair play are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Pak77 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Pak77 account per person
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to deposit on Pak77
• Attempting to launder money or use Pak77 for any financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts on Pak77 without explicit written permission
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy using Pak77 bonuses to guarantee profit
• Colluding with other players in poker or any competitive game
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Pak77 staff or other players
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.

• Reality Checks: Optional pop-up summaries showing your net gaming result for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Pak77 content without prior written permission.

Third-party game content available on Pak77 is the intellectual property of the respective game providers. All rights are reserved by those providers. Pak77 operates their content under licence and does not grant users any rights to that content beyond the ability to play the games as an end user on pak77.ws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions
• Delays in transaction processing by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain security
• Decisions made based on real-time data (odds, scores, statistics) displayed on Pak77
• Gambling losses of any amount

Pak77's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

Pak77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Use of prohibited software or automation
• Behaviour that is abusive or threatening toward Pak77 staff or other users
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Where an account is closed for cause, Pak77 may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a Terms breach, Pak77 may forfeit the balance. Where no breach is confirmed, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players may also close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting Pak77 support. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method within standard processing times.

Changes to These Terms

Pak77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Pak77 will notify registered players via the phone number or email address on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address a security concern.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at pak77.ws/terms-conditions. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of Pak77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of the change and receive any outstanding real-money balance.
